When will a delivery take place?
We offer a Nationwide delivery within Republic of Ireland
Standard delivery typically takes 1-2 working days from dispatch.
Please ensure correct EIRCODE is supplied as otherwise you may be liable for courier charges to redirect your order

What if my package is damaged or missing items?

What are the delivery times?
Delivery can be estimated anytime between 8 am and 6 pm Monday to Friday Excluding Bank Holidays
What happens if my item is not in stock?
Should your item we not be in stock we will contact you directly to offer a suitable resolution.
How do I make a return or exchange goods?
Please contact us to arrange exchange or return which maybe subject to restocking charge.
Pocket Doors are unable to accept the return of any non-standard special product that has been supplied correctly in accordance with the customers instructions.
How is the refund processed?
Pocket Doors will refund by the same method of payment used to purchase the goods.

I want to cancel my order before it has been dispatched?
Contact us on 091 734043before 1pm Monday – Friday and we can arrange to stop the order, after 1pm you may be liable for the courier charge if goods have left the warehouse.
Special order cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Will I be charged for cancelling my order?
Charges may occur if goods have already been dispatched.
NB. Bespoke items (which have been made to custom order) cannot be cancelled.
Will I be charged for a return?
The cost of return to us and the responsibility that the goods are returned in reasonable condition will be the responsibility of the consumer.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item etc.).
If you have a problem with the return transport shipping please let us know and we will more than to help arrange at a cost.
NB. Please contact us if any product has been opened. Otherwise ensure that if you have carefully packed the goods to ensure that they arrive back with us safely. We advise taking a photograph of any repackaged goods in case any damage occurs during the return journey to us.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will take between 1 and 3 days from the date the goods have been sent back. Refunds will be credited to the same source of payment the goods were initially paid for.
